The administrators of a company bring people in with an invitation link, change their role, and take them out. Both pages are under Firma (Company): Membri (Members) and Invitații (Invitations).
An invitation link works once, for 7 days, only for the email address and the role it was made for.
01 · Inviting someone
- Firma › Invitații (Company › Invitations): the person's Email and the Rol (Role) they will have.
- Creează linkul de invitație (Create the invitation link). The Link de invitație (Invitation link) is shown to copy, and is also mailed to the person when the installation has a mail server.
- The person opens the link. With an account for that email already, even one used in other companies, they sign in and press Acceptă invitația (Accept the invitation). Without one they sign up, with the email already filled in. They then join the company with that role.
- An invitation is accepted only with a confirmed email address. A new account confirms its address from the mail it gets at sign-up, and the invitation is accepted on its own then. See Confirming the email address.
The link works once, for 7 days, and only for the email it was made for. A new invitation for the same email cancels the previous one. Invitații în așteptare (Pending invitations) lists the ones not used yet, each with Anulează (Cancel).
02 · Members
Firma › Membri (Company › Members) lists everyone in the company:
- Rol (Role): choose another role and press Salvează rolul (Save the role), after a confirmation.
- Chei și conexiuni (Keys and connections): for an accountant, nu (no) or le poate seta (may set them). See Letting an accountant set the connections.
- Scoate (Remove): takes the person out of the company, after a confirmation.
The company always keeps at least one administrator: the last one cannot be removed or given another role.
