ANAF re-check of Romanian partners

What ANAF says now, against the books.

Every day the app asks ANAF again about the Romanian partners used in the last 12 months: are they registered for VAT, do they apply VAT on collection, are they inactive or deregistered. What ANAF says differently from the books is flagged; the books themselves change only when the accountant says so.

01 · What is flagged
  • ANAF îl arată acum înregistrat în scopuri de TVA; în evidență apare neplătitor. (ANAF says it is now registered for VAT; the books say it is not.), and the other way round.
  • ANAF îl arată acum cu TVA la încasare; în evidență apare fără. (ANAF says it now applies VAT on collection; the books say it does not.), and the other way round.
  • ANAF îl arată inactiv: TVA de pe facturile lui nu se poate deduce. (ANAF lists it as inactive: VAT on its invoices cannot be deducted.)
  • ANAF îl arată radiat. (ANAF lists it as deregistered.)
  • ANAF nu cunoaște acest cod fiscal. (ANAF does not know this fiscal code.)
02 · Where it shows
  • On the partner’s page, under ANAF: when it was Verificat (Checked), the status inactiv (inactive) when it is, and each flag.
  • In Reconciliere (Reconciliation), section Parteneri față de ANAF și VIES (Partners against ANAF and VIES), for the partners used in the period. See Reconciliation.
03 · Bring the books up to date
  • On the partner’s page press Actualizează de la ANAF (Refresh from ANAF): the name, address and VAT status are taken again from ANAF, and the flags follow the books as they are now.
  • When ANAF does not answer, nothing is changed and the same partners are asked again later.
