Attach a document and register the invoice

Every open movement has a panel Documentul acestei mișcări (The document of this movement). It turns the proof of a payment into a registered invoice, paid by that movement, in two steps.

• Under Factură, bon sau orice dovadă (Invoice, receipt or any proof) choose the PDF or photo and press Atașează (Attach). The movement shows the document, first as being read, then with the number, date and total read from it.
• Press Înregistrează factura de furnizor (Register the supplier invoice) (money out) or Înregistrează factura emisă (Register the issued invoice) (money in).
• The form says it is registered for a bank movement and shows how much the movement paid in total, VAT included. Check the partner, the amounts and the account, then press Înregistrează (Register).

Once saved, the movement is posted as the invoice’s payment: one place, one click, no second step.
