Under the photo in the viewer sits a row of buttons. Some appear only when they apply, and the ones that need the picture are greyed out without a backup backend.
Opens the edit sheet: your tags, the names on the photo and the words that say what it shows. See editing tags, people and wording.
Saves the original file from your backup to your computer.
Closes the viewer and shows the photos like this one, on a slider. See similar photos.
Hands the original file to another app through your device's share sheet. A browser that cannot share files downloads it instead.
Only for a photo with a place. Opens the Map screen zoomed in on the spot.
Only for a photo with a place. Goes back to the grid with a distance filter of 5 km around it, which you can widen or narrow in Filters.
After a confirmation, removes the item from every phone of your account, from your index and from your backup. It cannot be undone.
- Open PDF opens the whole file in a new browser tab.
- Previous page and Next page step to the neighbouring page of the same PDF when that page is next to it in the list you opened; otherwise they are greyed out, and the pages are read in the viewer itself, one under the other.
- Delete asks once more, as it removes the whole file and every page of it, everywhere.
