The app speaks seven languages. It follows your phone's language when it speaks it, and English otherwise; you can also pick one for the app alone.

02 · Choosing one
- Open Me › Settings › Language.
- Pick a language, or Phone's language to follow the phone again.
On Android 13 and newer the choice is Android's own per-app language, so it also shows in the phone's settings for the app. On older phones the app restarts its screen in the new language.
The language changes the app's screens and messages. What is in your index, such as your tags and the words photos were read into, stays as it is.
