A search grouped by Best match does not hand you one long list. It looks for the point where the match clearly drops, and puts the photos above it under Best matches and the rest under Also similar.
01 · The two headings
- Best matches is open: the photos that really fit what you typed.
- Also similar starts folded. Click it to see the near misses, which are often still useful when you search by meaning.
- Open or fold either one and the web app remembers it for that search, in this browser.
02 · When there is no split
- With fewer than eight results, or when the match never drops sharply, every result is under Best matches.
- More results load as you scroll, as long as the last heading is open: with Also similar folded, nothing more is fetched until you open it.
