The person icon at the top right, then Account and search tuning, opens Opensolr account: what your plan includes and uses, and two sliders for how searches match.
- Email and Plan, with its price.
- Disk space and BW (bandwidth): used, of how much.
- Search by meaning: included or not. When included, AI requests this month, used of how many, or No monthly cap.
- Photos in the index and Indexes on the account.
When a limit is reached: over disk or bandwidth, it stops; out of AI requests, photos are indexed without words. Open your Opensolr account goes to the control panel, and Refresh reads the numbers again. More in plan limits.
How much matching your words counts against matching the meaning, from Semantic to Lexical, in steps of 0.05. It starts at 0.20, mostly meaning; Reset puts it back. It only matters while the AI switch is on, and is greyed out, with the reason, when your plan has no search by meaning or this month's AI requests are used up.
How many of your words a photo must carry: Flexible, Balanced (where it starts) or Strict.
Both are kept in this browser and apply to the next search. The phone app has its own search tuning, set separately.
Under Account: Privacy policy, and Sign out, which asks first. Signing out makes this browser forget your Opensolr account; your index and the photos in it stay in your account.
