The chat bot of your WordPress site is the Chat Bot of your Opensolr Index, so everything about it is in the Opensolr Control Panel of that index. The Chat Bot tab of the plugin takes you there in one click. Each tab below has its own page in the Opensolr documentation.
| Tab | What you do there |
|---|---|
| Embed code | The domains of your site and the line to add to your pages. |
| Assistant | Your own instructions: the tone of the answers, what to recommend, what to avoid. And the time zone. |
| Chat window | Title, text of the chat button, greeting, accent colour and logo. |
| Limits | How long a message can be and how many questions a visitor can ask. |
| Signed-in visitors | Show the email of your signed-in WordPress users in the Stats and the History, instead of Anonymous. |
| Stats | Messages, countries, what people search for and the questions your site could not answer yet. |
| History | Every conversation of the last 30 days, as your visitor read it. |
The changes you save there show on your WordPress pages at the next page load. Nothing to change in WordPress.
