What it uses from your plan

Which steps of the chat count against your monthly AI requests, and which are free.

The chat uses the monthly AI requests of your Opensolr plan, the same ones as the AI answer in Search. Most of what it does is free.

01 · What counts

Each search for the latest mail on something, which searches by meaning too, with recent mail boosted. Free when the same words were already searched by meaning.1
A search by the exact words that finds nothing and is run again by meaning. Free when the same words were already searched by meaning.1
/translate1
/language, only when the language cannot be told for sure and the AI model names it1
/search, which searches by meaning. Free when the same words were already searched by meaning.1
02 · What is free
  • Searches by the exact words that find mail.
  • Lists of mail by sender, folder, period, unread, flagged or with attachments.
  • Reading a whole conversation.
  • Recognizing the language you write in, so the answer is in it.
  • The lookups: places, local times, exchange rates, VAT rates, VAT numbers, distances, postal codes, IP addresses, the language and sentiment of a text.
  • Every command except the three above.

How many AI requests are left this month is in Settings → Opensolr Account. What happens when they run out: Limits and messages.
