Every Fastmail account in one list, in threads, grouped the way you like.
01 · Mailboxes
The Mailboxes screen has All accounts on top: All Inboxes, All Drafts, All Sent, All Archive, All Junk, All Trash and Flagged, each across every account. Under it, each account with its own folders and its Notes. Every section folds, and the app remembers how you left them.
- Mark all as read: press and hold any mailbox, or use the double tick at the top of a list.
- Empty Trash or Junk: press and hold it and choose Empty. A second tap confirms, and the messages are deleted for good, on Fastmail too.
02 · The message list
- Threads. A conversation is one line, with the number of messages in it.
- Grouping. By day (the default), month, sender, company or account, from the group button at the top. Groups fold, and the button next to it folds or opens them all.
- Swipe left to delete, right to flag.
- Select by pressing and holding a conversation, then mark read, flag, archive or delete them together.
- Fast scroll with the handle on the right edge, with a small tap at every date you pass.
- Pull down to check for new mail.
03 · Reading and writing
- Each message in a conversation has Reply, Reply all, Forward and Copy.
- Tap a name or an address to copy it. Save any attachment to the phone.
- Remote images are off by default; load them for one message, or switch them on in Settings → Reading.
- The pencil writes a new message, with attachments, from any of your accounts.
