Your team on your servers
Every member of your Opensolr team works on all your servers, with everything you can do in Server Management. Each signs in with their own account, and it does not depend on the indexes you share with them.
Where: Account › My Team › Teams I am part of › the owner's email, then Servers › My Servers
01 · Give a colleague your servers
- Add them to your team: Add a member. They need an Opensolr account of their own.
- They open a team session with your account and go to Servers › My Servers.
02 · What they can do
- Everything you can, on every server of your account: the web terminal, projects and deploys, databases, backups, services, firewall, SSL and the server settings.
- The pages shown only to the owner of a server, such as SSH Keys, are shown to them too.
- Their terminal commands show their own name in the Command Audit Log.
All or nothing. A member gets all your servers. Add to your team only people who may work on every one of them, and remove them when the work is done: their access ends at once.
