GPU Tab: NVIDIA GPU Monitoring

Load, memory, heat and power of every GPU

Watch your GPUs

On a server with NVIDIA GPUs, the GPU tab shows each card live: how busy it is, how much of its memory is taken, how hot it runs, how much power it draws, its clocks and fan, and which programs hold its memory. It is read-only.

Where: Servers › My Servers › your server › GPU tab. The tab appears only when the server has an NVIDIA GPU with its driver installed (the nvidia-smi tool).

01 · One card per GPU

Each GPU gets its own card, titled with its number and model, and its performance state (P0 is full speed, higher numbers save power).

GPU Load

How busy the GPU cores are, in percent. Under it, how busy the memory bus is.

GPU Memory

Video memory in use, in percent and in GB of the total.

Temperature

Core temperature in °C.

Power

Watts drawn now, against the card's power limit.

Core clock / Memory clock

Current clock speeds in MHz, against their maximum.

Fan

Fan speed in percent.

The rings turn amber above 70% and red above 90%.

02 · Processes

Under the numbers, a table lists every program using the GPU: its process ID, its name and how much GPU memory it holds. When nothing uses the card, it says so.

03 · Refresh

The tab refreshes itself every 5 seconds while Every 5s is ticked and the tab is open. Refresh reloads it at once. The driver version is shown next to the title.

For the CPU, memory, disk and swap of the same server, see the Monitor tab.
