🔔 Notifications
Configure alerts for server events. Found under System > Notifications.
Notification Types
- Backup Success - When backups complete successfully
- Backup Failed - When backups fail
- Server Offline - When server stops responding
- Server Error - When critical errors occur
- Server Recovery - When issues are auto-resolved
- Disk Warning - When disk space exceeds 85%
- High Load - When CPU is sustained above 90% for 30+ minutes
Configuration
For each notification type:
- Enable/disable the notification
- Set custom email addresses (comma-separated)
- Falls back to account email if not specified
Email Delivery
Notifications are sent via email with:
- Clear subject line indicating the issue
- Server name and details
- Timestamp of the event
- Relevant metrics (CPU, memory, disk usage)
Rate Limiting
To prevent notification spam, alerts are rate-limited:
- Same alert won't repeat within 30 minutes
- High load alerts require sustained load for 30+ minutes
💡 Auto-Healing Alerts
When the system automatically fixes an issue (like restarting a stopped service), you'll receive a recovery notification so you know what happened.
