Opensolr Photos 2.6.1: Every Filter Value, Documents by Whole Words, One-Tap End of Selection

· Opensolr Photos · Improvement · All updates

Opensolr Photos 2.6.1 is a short one: filters that show your whole library, a Documents button that agrees with Opensolr, and a quicker way out of a selection.

01 Every value in every filter

The filter lists are in alphabetical order, and until now each one stopped after a fixed number of values - so Meaning, People, City or Camera model ended somewhere around the letter B, and most of a large library could not be filtered on. Every value is listed now. The lists your phone had kept from before are asked for again once, on their own.

The same goes for the tagging sheet: under the form it lists every name and tag the ticked photos already carry, not only the first two hundred.

02 Documents, the way Opensolr decides

The Documents button on the Sync screen reads your receipts, labels and screenshots again. It picks them by their words, with the same rule Opensolr uses to decide which photos to read for text - and now on whole words only, so a shelf of "printer stands" is no longer taken for a print.

The OCR filter is a different question and stays as it is: it shows only the photos text was actually read out of.

03 End a selection with one tap

While selecting, tap the tick and the count above your photos: every tick goes, and the checkboxes with it.
