Along the bottom of the controls, read from the right edge: Add to Dropbox, the two apps you share PDFs to most, then Share.
01 · Add to Dropbox
- The rightmost button, shown when the Dropbox app is installed on the phone.
- It opens the Dropbox app’s own upload screen, where you choose the folder. No sign-in in this app: Dropbox does the uploading, with the account it already has.
- If the Dropbox app is not signed in, it asks you to sign in there.
02 · The apps you share to most
- Next to it, up to two buttons with the icons of the apps you send PDFs to most often from here: a mail app, a messenger.
- They appear after the first shares. Each pick in the share sheet, and each tap on one of these buttons, counts.
03 · Share
- The share sheet of Android, with every app that takes a PDF.
- The PDF is sent under its own file name.
