Period
Today, the last 7 days or the last 30 days. Today and 7 days are compared with the period before them. Times are in your site's time zone.
The numbers
- Messages (questions, commands, translations), conversations, visitors, signed-in users and their share of the messages, countries.
- The share of answers that came, and the share that searched your site and linked none of its pages.
- The median time to the first word, errors and timeouts, messages refused by your limits.
- Good and Bad ratings, and the share of answers in which a link was opened.
The lists
- Messages per day over the last 30 days: answered, failed and refused.
- Countries with their flags, and signed-in users with their email, country, messages and last message.
- What people search for: the words the assistant searched your site for, in your visitors' own words.
- Searched the site, answered with no link: the latest questions your site had no page for.
- The pages cited most, the links opened from answers, the pages people ask from, the tools used, the commands, and the browsers' languages.
Every country, email, search, link and page opens the History with only the conversations behind it. The numbers are counted as each message is answered, so the page opens at once however busy your chat is.
