Assistant History
Read every conversation of the last 30 days, whole: what was asked, what the assistant searched for, what it answered and which links were opened.
The list
Newest first: the time, the visitor (their email when signed in, otherwise Anonymous), country and city, IP address, the page, the number of messages and the first question, with marks for errors, answers with no link, answers rated Bad and links opened.
Filters
Period; signed-in or anonymous visitors; country; conversations with an error, an answer with no link, an answer rated Bad or a link opened; email, IP address and page; and words in the questions, the answers and the assistant's searches (on MySQL and MariaDB databases).
One conversation
Click it to see every question with what the assistant searched for, its answer with the links, the error if there was one, the time to the first word and the total time, the rating and the links the visitor opened.
Deleting
Delete one conversation, every conversation of an email, or every conversation of an IP address, after a confirmation. Use it when a visitor asks for their data to be removed.
What is kept
- For each message: the question and the answer, the time, the IP address with its country and city, the signed-in user, the page without its query string, the browser's language, what the assistant searched for and how the answer ended.
- Messages refused by your limits are only counted, not kept.
- Everything older than 30 days is deleted by itself.
- All of it stays in your own Drupal database.
