Error Audit: Seven Days of Searchable Solr Error History in the Control Panel

Every Solr error your index encounters is now automatically captured, classified and stored for seven days in a dedicated searchable index. The new Error Audit dashboard in the Control Panel is where you read it.

01 What the dashboard gives you

• Error rate chart. See whether a problem is a spike or a steady background rate.
• Severity and type breakdowns. Errors are classified as they are captured, so you can see what kind of failure dominates.
• Full-text search across stack traces. Search the traces themselves, not just error titles.
• Date range filtering. Narrow to the window an incident happened in.
• Detail view. Each error opens with root cause extraction and a plain-English explanation of what it means.

02 Where to find it

Error Audit is in the left sidebar of any index, directly below Tail Error Log. Where Tail Error Log shows you what is happening now, Error Audit is the seven-day history behind it.
