Save your Payment Profile first
Billing › Payment Profile. The card page opens only once the profile is saved; until then it asks you to update your billing profile. Details: Payment profile and card.
Pay with a card from your profile country
The Country of your Payment Profile must be the country that issued your card. Some banks also block online payments abroad until you allow them.
Your bank asks you to confirm
When the bank wants a 3D Secure confirmation, Opensolr emails you a Confirm Payment button that opens the invoice on Stripe. Confirm it there.
A renewal payment failed
You get an email with Pay Invoice Now, on Stripe, and a link to your Payment Profile. What happens next: What happens when a renewal payment fails.
