Opensolr Search for Drupal 5.1.3: One Result per PDF, Suggestions From Any Word, and a Search Bar That Stays
Opensolr Search for Drupal 5.1.3 makes PDF results easier to read, suggestions smarter, and keeps the search controls on screen.
01 One result per PDF
- Each PDF once. The Documents tab shows a PDF a single time, with its best matching pages right under it, instead of repeating the document for every page.
- Real page count. The group header shows how many pages the PDF has and how many matched.
- Show more pages. Loads the next matching pages of that document in place.
02 Suggestions from any word
- Any word, any position. Typing
currsuggests the past search measuring alternating current. Before, only its first letters did. - Fast at any size. Past searches are kept in their own tables with their words.
drush updatedbcreates them and fills them from your existing search log.
03 Controls that stay
- Sort, Fresh and AI. On desktop this row stays pinned right under the search box.
- Facet sidebar. Pinned under them, always fitting the screen and scrolling on its own, so every facet is reachable even with infinite scroll.
