A yearly subscription renews by itself for another year at the end of each yearly term. To stop it, cancel before the renewal date.
01 · Stop the renewal
Find your renewal date
Your yearly term starts on the date of your yearly payment. Your invoices are under Billing › Invoices Dashboard.
Cancel before that date
Billing › Cancel Plan in the Control Panel. No notice period is needed: cancelling takes effect at once and your account moves to the free plan. Change or cancel your plan.
Your money
Money back and account credit follow section 8 of the Terms and Conditions, for a yearly plan as for a monthly one. A renewal payment that was already taken is handled under that section too.
02 · Keep the plan, change the billing
To move from yearly to monthly billing instead of cancelling: Switch between monthly and yearly billing.
