01 · How to switch
Sign in to your account
At opensolr.com/users/login. The contact form then fills in your name and account email, so we know which subscription to change.
Open a support ticket
On opensolr.com/contact, with a subject such as Switch to yearly billing or Switch to monthly billing.
Tell us the billing you want
Monthly or yearly. If your account has more than one subscription, say which one.
We confirm the price, you confirm the switch
Our reply gives you the exact amount you will pay and the date it starts from. The switch is made only after you agree.
02 · Why the price changes
Yearly orders on the pricing page get 15% off compared to monthly billing. That is why the amount changes when you switch, and why the exact new amount is in our reply to your ticket.
