valid is true or false when the registry answered. A valid number also carries name, address and request_date when the registry gives them.
valid is null, with msg, when there is no answer: ERROR_INVALID_VAT_NUMBER_FORMAT, ERROR_UNSUPPORTED_VAT_COUNTRY or ERROR_VAT_LOOKUP_UNAVAILABLE (retry later).
