Download Invoices — Billing History & Tax Documents

Access and download all your Opensolr invoices, payment receipts, and tax documents directly from your account. Your complete billing history is always available through the Stripe Customer Portal.



How to Download Your Invoices

Follow these simple steps to access and download your invoices:

Navigate to Billing → Invoices Dashboard in the top menu to access your invoices.

What's Included in Your Invoices

Every invoice from Opensolr contains all the details you need for your records and accounting:

Invoice Number & Date
Unique invoice reference number, issue date, and billing period for each charge.
Itemized Charges
Detailed breakdown of each service — indexes, disk space, bandwidth, clusters, and add-ons.
Payment Method
The card or payment method used for each transaction, along with the payment status.
Tax & VAT Details
VAT number, tax amounts, and company details. Invoices are issued by Opensolr SRL, Romania.

Stripe Customer Portal

Your invoices are managed through the Stripe Customer Portal — a secure, trusted payment platform used by millions of businesses worldwide. From the portal you can:

Download PDF invoices for any billing period
View payment receipts for completed transactions
Access full billing history since your account was created
Update billing information on future invoices

Important Notes

Main Account Access Only

Invoices can only be accessed from the main account holder's login. Team member accounts do not have access to billing or invoices. If you need a team member to download invoices, you will need to share the main account credentials or have the account owner do it.
